What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? ▼
There is no minimum order quantity. We accept small runs and single-team orders through DTF printing, and scale up to bulk corporate and uniform programmes. For silkscreen or embroidery, larger volumes simply reduce the per-piece cost. They are not a requirement to order. Tell us your quantity and we will recommend the most cost-effective method.
What is the turnaround time to Johor? ▼
Standard production runs 7 to 14 working days after artwork approval, depending on garment availability and order size. Delivery to Johor typically adds 3 to 5 working days by courier from our Selangor facility. Share your event or required arrival date at the start so we can confirm an order-specific schedule and advise on express options if needed.
How much is delivery to Johor? ▼
Delivery is charged according to the courier and the destination region. Different couriers and different states and postcodes carry different rates, and bulk orders are consolidated to keep freight down. Your quotation will show delivery clearly, either included or as a separate line, so you always know the total delivered cost before confirming.
What file formats do you accept for artwork? ▼
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, and high-resolution PNG or JPG at minimum 300 DPI. Vector files are preferred for logos, text, and any design that needs clean scaling. If you only have a low-resolution image or a photo of an existing uniform, send it anyway. Our team will advise whether it can be redrawn or vectorised before production.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), online transfer, and FPX. For corporate, government, and GLC orders, we accept Local Orders (LO) and Purchase Orders (PO) with formal invoicing. Payment terms are confirmed in writing on your quotation.
Can I get a sample before bulk production? ▼
Yes. Every order includes a free digital mockup or proof for approval before production starts. Physical pre-production samples are available on request. A sample charge applies and is credited against your bulk order. For uniform programmes, we can also arrange fabric swatches so you can confirm material, weight, and colour before committing.
How do I get a quotation? ▼
